ORDERING
All orders must be placed on the Internet. We do not accept mail orders, telephone orders or credit card information over the telephone. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order. You are responsible for the information provided to us in your order.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BLWE ESSENCES, AS OUTLINED BELOW. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE POLICY CHANGES. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL NOT APPLY RETROACTIVELY.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card, and that you authorize us to charge the entire order amount, including shipping and handling charges, to your credit card. Payment will be made in full at the time you place your order. Please allow one to two business days to process your order. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@blweessenses.com, we will respond within 24 hours.
SHIPPING
Because we offer handmade products and items are made when you submit your order it normally takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order. We will contact you if we have any items that may delay your order. We use UPS and USPS to ship our products and we ship out of Round Rock, TX. Shipping rates will vary according to the total weight of your order and USPS and UPS current rates. Since we do not profit from shipping and handling charges we will find the safest and most economic method to ship your order. These are our current shipping rates:
United States: - from 0 to 0.75 lb (12 oz) – $4.00
- from 0.75 to 0.87 lb – $6.50
-from 0.87 lb (14oz) and up - Free (About 4 soaps)
Canada: - from 0 to 1.8 lb (28 oz/816g) - $15.00
- from 1.8 lb and up - $25.00
Mexico: - from 0 to 1.09 lb (17.4 oz/494g) - $20.00
- from 1.09 to 2.18 lb - $30.00
- from 2.18 to 3.28 lb - $40.00
- from 3.28 lb and up - Free
Japan - from 3 to 8 oz - $14.00
- from 9 to 32oz - $23.00
- from 33 to 48oz - $34.00
- from 48 to 64oz - $52.00
We will ship your order to the shipping address provided to us at the time you placed your order. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the error is ours, we will absorb the reshipping costs. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 business days if it’s within the United States.
CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure that you do want to place the order before you submit it with your credit card information. Order cancellations will not be accepted. We are proud to deliver handmade products that are made at the moment you place your order and are dedicated to you so that you can be certain that the product went from my hands to yours. We do not have a stock of pre-made products that are handled and smelled by multiple people. Once orders are placed they are final and will be shipped. If you refuse to accept delivery, a 15% return fee and shipping costs will be charged to your credit card for the amount that is due to us.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of incorrectly shipped items within 15 days of purchase. Our soaps are handmade and will have slight variations. Please take that into consideration when looking at soap designs. The product must be unopened and in its original condition to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please use United States Postal Service and pay for the return shipping cost. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at info@blweessences.com and we will send you a return shipping label.

Any information you supply to us will not be sold or shared with anyone else, so be assured that your information is protected. We use an SSL certificate to encrypt all information transmitted to us. Your credit card information is not stored in our system, so your shopping experience with us is a safe one.
